The religious right have fallen behind Cruz, costing Huckabee his support. If you look at what Trump has said so far and he's still doing well in the polls, that should tell you that the people are going to support him pretty much no matter what. Candidates are remaining in the race because they are hoping to get the backing of billionaires, which could be a game changer. But once candidates start dropping out someone will pull ahead of Trump. Has anyone else noticed an unusual amount of attention being paid to Fiorina? Like maybe the media is dying to see a Trump-Fiorina fist fight? That would be good for ratings.
