I've always been intrigued with how big corporations deal with online video, especially when it comes to YouTube. On one hand, you're handing off a metric ton of bandwidth to them, which saves a lot of cash. On the other, is it every really good to put your content on someone else's servers?
Of course, the other issue with ESPN and YouTube is Internet rights, which is one of the reasons ESPN is slow to get onboard with this.
