It takes some effort to get beyond the press release language in the
article, but the first takeaway is that the 'time watched' divided by
'unique viewers' is 30 minutes in a 3 hour broadcast. That means a few
people watched the whole 3 hour game and the vast majority took a look just
to see what was going on. Since the game was not a blowout it was not a
case of tuning in, seeing that the game was out of reach, and tuning out.

And, of course, NFL games are always live streamed, just not legally. If
the Yahoo live stream didn't draw people away from pirated streams I don't
know what good it will be.
