They challenged Cox over their control of set-top boxes, about which there 
is still plenty of debate as to people's ability to buy them instead of 
paying perhaps-yooge fees... defendants argue it ain't their fault the 
retail market for converters ain't much... there might be treble damages, 
and there might be an appeal...
