I'd put the over/under start time at whatever the average Thursday Night
Football delay was this year, plus 20 minutes.

Given the propensity of Super Bowl fans to bet on the most trivial things, I
wonder what the odds will be of that start time being anything close to
accurate. (My guess: 10:45.)
