The president of CBS through the mid-70s, when the conglom unloaded the 
Yankees to Steinbrenner and its TV network created the "family hour," he'd 
go on to head The Entertainment Channel, later to merge into A&E, and 
Muhlenberg College in nearby Allentown, PA... he would remain in the Lehigh 
Valley until last week; 80.
