Some PBS stations, generally the secondary stations in their markets, and most notably the New Jersey Network (which is still owned by the state, even though WNET/13 New York is managing the stations). In Chicago, Robert Feder, former Sun-Times media reporter and currently a blogger attached to the Chicago Tribune digital holdings, has been calling on CIty Colleges of Chicago's secondary (to WTTW) PBS station WYCC to put themselves up, but they don't seem to want to (and some WYCC employees and viewers have criticized Feder, saying that the station does have an audience, which seems to be Feder's primary criticism).
