Promotion has been very TBS-centric in my experience, and I've seen EP Steve
Carell do more publicity for it than Rashida Jones.
And the commercial free is a bit misleading, my fault. There are spots between
episodes, but the episodes are uninterrupted.
The pilot is going to air again now in the East.

In short, think a 21st century Police Squad!/Airplane in terms of style. It's
too early for me to tell if it's as good, but there are already more episodes
than Police Squad! and TBS has ordered a second season.
The cast is certainly strong. Rashida Jones, Jere Burns, Deon Cole (Conan
writer with occasional on-air bits), and others I recognize but can't name.
I've laughed more often than with the few sitcoms I still check in with. But
this kind of silly/dopey is certainly not for everyone.
