Unless they're introducing a new cable channel (and it's not exactly the best time to be doing that), I would imagine that Disney Junior would need more TLC of increasing carriage than Freeform, which is already on virtually every cable system and would have thousands of angry tweets if a cable system took it down during "Pretty Little Liars"' season.
