I have this recollection from the late 70's or maybe early 80's where I watched a 2(?) hr TV-movie on Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys. It covered his mental illness. I don't think it was a documentary..... it was more like a re-enactment of his life or until he receeded from the band.
I've searched IMDB and some brief googling and I can't seem to find anything about it.
