I just registered, less than 5 minutes ago. Received the confirmation email less than 30 seconds after I hit the Submit button. Not sure what to tell you about your lack of confirmation, but, as has already been suggested, I'd double- and triple-check your spam folder and settings.

From your dashboard, click on the button that says online tests. A check under the sign-up status would mean you are successfully registered for that test. If there isn't a check mark for the Fall 2017 test or that test isn't even listed, I'd try the registration process again.David
