It looks as though the execs don't want to be grilled on their problems. The Big Four aren't out completely--it's just that the only panels will be whatever shows they want to push, not the executive sessions where they'll be grilled on their failures (and ABC and Fox in particular do have their failures). It also seems that the big streamers want to avoid being pressed on audience numbers for their shows.
