I wonder if they have this data broken down by counties? What we know about the election is that the single most powerful predictor of presidential preference was education - more predictive than geography or income or religion or gender or race*. If TV show preference closely tracked presidential preference, we might see the same thing.
*Race was predictive in the sense that if you know a voter was black they almost certainly did not vote for Trump, and if Hispanic or Asian they probably didnt. But it was not as predictive of white vote, and there still are so many white people that this weakened race as a predictor overall.
