I’m vacationing in Mexico City this week. (I’m only embarrassing myself. I studied French in high school.)
But I watched the news tonight on Azteca Trece (13) with the closed-captioning on for help. There was a Kuralt-style feature call “Al Otro México” (The Other Mexico) where the reporter told of an apparently legal hand-cranked ferry across the Rio Grande connecting Texas and Tamaulipas.
