We are poised to see a crop of media fare that will make Honey Boo Boo and the Duck Dynasty hicks seem Shakespearian by comparison, and Burnett will ride that bandwagon as he has ridden so many previously. Remember the A&E series about the KKK that got dropped at the last minute, not because it was tasteless or that it promoted/marginalized the racism of the "alt-right," but because it was revealed participants were paid?
