Bob - Lots of people are fans. It was the most popular show in the UK for the last couple of years after all. But that doesn't make fans great hosts. He *wants* to do it, but *should* he do it? It'll be interesting to see.
Kevin - Sandi also presents QI, a series which I don't believe has a made it across the pond. Something to do with stock image rights bizarrely. She took over last year from Stephen Fry, who'd been presenting for 13 years. Not political, but edgier than Bake Off will be. Adam PS That series Fry is in with Joel McHale is stunningly average isn't it? Talk about writing a sitcom on autopilot. And I'm being kind calling it average.
