I am 99% certain they're referring to the fact that the BROADCAST will be live to all time zones, as opposed to the entire thing being delayed one hour for the Mountain time zone and three hours for the Pacific time zone, as has been the tradition. But they're not saying that the CONTENTS of the broadcast will be 100% live.
