I guess .... I did notice the pretaped shows during the second week of NCAA, and was disappointed to lose topicality. Theoretically, last night's melange could work, except 1. having two monologue segments was just weird and 2. if you're going to the trouble of opening the theater, filling it with an audience, gathering the band and the crew, well, you might as well do the damned show.
