Wow - he was one of those people who was on TV *constantly* in the sixties 
and seventies. Kind of like William Schallert, except I don't think 
Anderson did much comedy.

And thanks to Decades TV, I've been seeing him more. Just saw him recently 
on a "Man From UNCLE" (as a presidential candidate in "The Candidate's Wife 
Affair"), and in the first of the Perry Mason reunion movies ("Perry Mason 
Returns"), where he had, shall we say, a crucial role. (He played 
Lieutenant Drumm on the last season of the "Perry Mason" series, taking 
over the cop role after Ray Collins died.)

And of course he was Richard Kimble's brother-in-law on the series finale 
of "The Fugitive," one of the most-watched TV episodes ever, which aired 
fifty years ago this week.
