Yes, I was in the right place at the right time. I got to shake Dave's hand at the Mark Twain prize event last night. A great evening it was. Best performer: Dave's psychiatrist Worst performer: Norm MacDonald (truly the only weak spot) Red Carpet second highest level of applause (after Dave) went to Senator Franken (it's DC, after all). After the show, I got a pic with the Senator. A few news types and politicians were spotted in the audience. Alan Kalter did the MC duties.
