Ha! I rarely respond to email so quickly, but I'm leaving on a trip this morning, and it's a pain to type on an iPad.
The answer's a bit complicated. , My friend and I were somewhat lucky, but were only barely able to buy $99 Second Tier tickets on the day tickets went on sale to the public -- despite my buying the cheapest ($60) KC membership, we weren't able to buy the day before when they went on sale to members. (I'm hoping the membership will be helpful when Hamilton tickets go on sale next year.) On the day of the show, for an additional $59 apiece, we were able to upgrade to not great, but pretty decent, floor tickets. From those seats we had a pretty good view of Dave and his family, and Bill Murray's entrance, which we definitely wouldn't have had from the second tier.
