help--Skipper is also giving up his role as chair of Disney Media 
Networks--former president George Bodenheimer will be in charge until 
Skipper's replacement is announced:

Skipper emphasizes that this has nothing to do with the announced 
acquisition last week of assets from 21st Century Fox by Disney, including 
Fox's regional sports networks and its interest in the Sky and Star 
overseas services, which include sports channels that I've heard some 
people say that if they were rebranded ESPN, the problems of the last year 
at home would be relatively stress-free.
