He's everywhere!), created by him for Chicago's WCFL in 1967 and still heard somewhere around the world today, then as "America's Beloved Tooth Fairy" and then in a long series of radio commercials that proved that you can be funny and still sell the product and win over 200 advertising awards over the years--Dick Orkin suffered a stroke Saturday night and passed on:
