Forget the name Valence; call them "A Bunch Of Dicks"

There was a time when the late Mr. Clark was forced to drop his record

A company that produces media merges with a company that reports on media
and another company that produces media award shows. No conflict of
interest there. No sirree. No possibility of impropriety.
