CBSN reminds me of the old Headline News, that focused on the top stories
every 30 minutes. The difference is CBSN relies more on pundits as opposed
to actual journalists.

I miss the old Headline News. When I was in college, their late night
anchor was Gordon Graham, and — bless his heart — he couldn’t read a
prompter to save his life. But viewers still got the gist of what he was
saying... most of the time.
