They should have a simple retro newsdesk in earthtones, and they should
focus on the news without any f-ing pundits, lobbyists, spokespeople, or
people paid to offer BS opinions. They should open up bureaus in all the
major US cities and in every region on the planet, then staff them with
credentialed journalists who are experts in the subjects they cover. On the
chance there is no breaking news, or they are waiting for facts to be
collected before reporting on a story, the channel should show video of sea
otters.

I would pay for such a service.
