John Amos' house in sub-suburban NJ, which he's been trying to sell unsuccessfully for a while, is thisclose to foreclosure. The Newhouse papers' article <http://www.nj.com/entertainment/index.ssf/2018/04/john_amos_good_times_nj_home_foreclosure.html> (link) didn't hint at how far in debt he was, but the latest assessment is north of 400k.
