What Roseanne has said and done in recent years has been consistent... her Tweets today were neither new nor worse than things she’s posted prior. This is who she is, emboldened — maybe — by the racist in the White House, but this is who she is.
What is going to suck is ABC will be forgiven for putting on her show now that she’s crossed whatever arbitrary line she crossed that forced them to pull it. Sorry, but I don’t credit them for solving a problem they created. Here’s what needs to happen next: The Blackish “take a knee” episode needs to air in Roseanne’s time slot. Whomever gave Roseanne’s reboot the green light at ABC should be fired. Whomever blocked the airing of the Blackish “take a knee” episode should be fired.
