This was made possible by two freak legal occurrences: A judge unsealed testimony in a settled case and a prosecutor broke the promise of a prior prosecutor not to charge Cosby. Cosby is a monster and deserves more than he got. Still there's a twinge of sympathy seeing an 81-year-old man who was such a great entertainer go to prison.
