In addition to about half of the episodes of "The Monkees," he also directed:
- The Three Stooges biopic from 2000 - a lot of stuff for David E. Kelley (including the pilot of "Ally McBeal") - 5 episodes of "That Girl" - 5 episodes of "Grey's Anatomy" - 15 episodes of "Judging Amy" - 10 episodes of "Father Dowling Mysteries" - 6 episodes of "Columbo" (both the original and the revival series) - 4 episodes of "Ghost Whisperer" - 5 episodes of "Scarecrow and Mrs. King" - 12 episodes of "Cagney and Lacey" (plus the reunion movie) - the pilot of "Ed" And a whole lot more. One of those directors who didn't call attention to himself, but ended up doing a LOT of solid work for over 40 years.
