The New York Post has been printing blind items about O'Donnell replacing
Glor for close to a year now. So it looks like she has some enthusiastic
supporters within the company.

I've watched the CBS Evening News every night for the last few years (after
I got tired of Lester Holt). Nothing wrong with Glor, but nothing to get
excited about either. He's fine, but not an especially compelling
broadcaster.

As for O'Donnell, well, I'll just say that the biggest mistake "CBS This
Morning" made in the past year was change its opening so we don't see a
shot of her crossed legs in the first 30 seconds. Don't know if they can
somehow incorporate that into the opening of the Evening News, but I'd sure
like to see them try.
