I wonder if Peter's retirement was the impetus for Cynthia Dale to get out of the house. I can imagine Peter, sitting around their Forest Hills (I'm guessing? Maybe Rosedale, but certainly not Bridle Path) pile, former summer-only beard now on a year-round feature, practicing his anchor delivery to a mirror while sipping a nice Pelee Island gewurz and popping Hawkins Cheesies. Cheese stained drunk Peter would be best in small doses, I'd think.
