The archive of Jon Batiste's episode of Live From Here is now available on the
show's website.  https://www.livefromhere.org
Two of the horn players (Jon Lampley on trumpet and tuba and Tivon Pennicott on
sax) from The Late Show joined Batiste for the program

Full video, if an episode is streamed, is pulled by the end of the weekend, but
several video clips from the program are available.  As always, YMMV, but I'll
recommend the Musicians' Birthdays segment, as it gives further insight into
Batiste's influences, and includes a cover of Nat King Cole's Unforgettable
near the end of the segment.
An aside that hearkens back to an earlier Batiste thread - per his Twitter
feed, Batiste used bits from Charlie Parker's Scrapple from the Apple during a
recent Late Show segment on Trump calling Tim Cook Tim Apple.

Listening to this evening's broadcast of the NPR show usually hosted by Chris
Thile, I heard that next week's episode from St. Paul will be guest hosted by
Mr. Batiste.  He has appeared on the show twice before, but this is his first
time as guest host.

As far as I can tell, this is the first time they've had a guest host since
Thile took over what was then called A Prairie Home Companion back in 2016.
