I remember thinking it odd that they promoted her to co-anchor on a 
Tuesday, without any prior announcement. Gayle King later told the NYT that 
she and the other co-anchors didn't find out about the promotion until that 
morning.

She's a good anchor and a pleasant personality, but "CBS This Morning" 
didn't need a fourth co-anchor.
