He'd brought in Bryan Behar and Steve Baldikowski for the Netflix series on 
Warner Bros' recommendation, despite their observation that no previous 
sitcom they'd worked at ever brought them back for a second season... now 
Franklin's attorney contends in a court complaint that Behar "turned to the 
media and slandered him with false complaints about his behavior in the 
writers room", then went to Warners directly with the gripes when media 
refused to believe him... they made the move to oust Franklin last year...
