I assume the CBS legal department falls under the umbrella of what's being 
referred to as "standards and practices" here.

I also don't see why there would be a payout or a lawsuit over this, any more 
than when CBS has refused certain Chuck Lorre vanity-card screeds, and he's 
been allowed to call out CBS and direct viewers to a URL instead.
