It doesn't help with CBS Sports Network, but DirecTV users who have an HR44 or
an HR54 model DVR and are in markets with a CBS O&O should be able to call
DirecTV and order a free Local Channel Connector (LCC), which is a separate box
that connects to the DVR via USB, receives OTA channels, and integrates them
with the satellite channels in the DVR.

(I have an HR54 DVR, and I'm planning on making this call later today -- I
don't watch much CBS, but I'm interested in having subchannels that aren't
carried via satellite by DirecTV. The LCC is currently only available to
DirecTV users in areas where there's an OTA channel dispute, so this is my
chance.)
