The Poynter Institute, which has partnered with the Gannett-owned paper in 
the past, suggests that major restructuring to come with Gannett's merger 
with media consolidator GateHouse will, *eventually*, lead to a 
digital-only existence for the one-time "McPaper"... the daily's publisher 
Maribel Perez Wadsworth firmly denies, but new CEO Paul Gascobert, say 
sources, is "not impressed" with the current operations...
