The #metoo movement is about power in the workplace and the inequities that
come from a power imbalance. The early article was a grievance. The new
article is about stepping back, discussing the imbalance, and thinking
collectively about to change it. Dave was being held to account for his
behavior but Nell did not demand he fix it on his own.
