...how one team got a better playoff seeding than others with the same
record, here's the breakdown:
AFC...
Kansas City and New England both 12-4... Chiefs are the 2nd seed,
getting the first weekend off after beating the Pats in Foxborough in
week 14, leaving N.E. 3rd and hosting Tennessee Saturday (1/4);
Houston and Buffalo both 10-6... they'll be 4th and 5th in that order,
'cuz the Texans have one more conference win than the Bills; Texans host
Bills before the Pats' contest;
and NFC...
San Francisco, Green Bay and New Orleans ALL 13-3... 49ers beat both of
the others (and Seattle last night), and the Pahck have one more
conference win than the Saints. 'Niners and Packers await this weekend's
results, Saints host Minnesota midday Sunday (1/5).
Meanwhile, the Cowboys score 47, but ca(i)n't catch Philly... Boids host
Seattle later Sunday.
