I just finished the first Conan at Home show.  I think whatever practice they
did over their break paid off.  The audio on my cable's TBS feed was cutting
out every so often, so I can't be sure what AV glitches were the video call
segments and which were my cable feed.  When the program is just Conan, and not
Conan and guest or Conan and Andy, it looks and sounds as good as the studio.
There's a marked drop in AV quality on both ends when Conan is chatting with
someone.
(By comparison tonight's Stephen Colbert interview with Jon Oliver has no
dropoff in video quality, and I rarely hear an audio warble.)

Conan did a good job of (explicitly) setting expectations.  He plans to be
silly, and as free of virus talk as possible.  If tonight's show is the
template, it will be a few jokes, a chat with Andy, and then the guest
interview.
Conan was sillier than normal, probably due to having Sandler as a guest.
Conan and Andy talked Simpsons for a bit, specifically the Monorail episode.
Sandler talked mostly shelter-in-place stories.

Per Team Coco, Adam Sandler is tomorrow night's (3/30) guest.  I saw one promo
on TBS this weekend, and it looks like Conan's assistant Sona has some airtime
at Casa de Coco.  If she has to shelter in place with Mr. O'Brien, she's
probably not getting paid enough.
Here's a promo on YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=36udxbJFaR8
Here's a playlist of Conan's videos from last week:
