So, I don’t agree with Seinfeld’s position on this (I don’t completely disagree either, I just think it is more nuanced than he and that great moral philosopher, Colin Cowherd (who was interviewing him) allow. But to be fair, in the interview Seinfeld did not claim that he stopped playing college gigs because they were too PC. He says he himself does not play college gigs, but he hears all the time from other comics they are too PC. So I don’t think he was claiming to be to edgy for college audiences.
