The first topical cold opening of the series (the previous were Michael O'Donaghue's Wolverines sketch, Paul Simon singing "Still Crazy After All These Years" (with Chevy Chase's first fall before saying "live from New York..."--the week before he was a stage manager saying that at the end of the sketch--and Chase in a wheelchair falling out of it).
