The Bell Dramatic Serial Co.'s junior CBS soap "The Bold and the Beautiful"
will be the first series back in production after Los Angeles started
allowing film and TV production to resume after COVID-19 broke out and all
allowed hands will be on deck at TV City tomorrow--there will be daily
testing of all cast and crew, a supervisor will be on set to assure that
all precautions are being taken, said cast and crew may have to take shifts
and social distancing and face masks at all times unless actors are in a
scene--shows should start airing next month:

It would be assumed that the Bell senior soap "The Young and the Restless"
will be back in production as soon as co-producer Sony gives the goahead.
Also, it can be assumed that British Jimmy (and Kimmel) will be back at
their studios, although sans audiences and in British Jimmy's case just
Reggie Watts without the band. One wonders if "The Talk" panel can do
social distancing in the studio and it's going to be months before "The
Price is Right" and "Let's Make a Deal," which need their studio audiences,
can go back into production. I hear that "Deal" was experimenting with
remote deals before the virus, but whether they would want to do a whole
bunch of shows with Zoom and nothing else is something they want to do.
