My understanding is that the stadium in Buffalo needs some lighting upgrades to 
be fully up to major-league standards.

Another possibility at one point was the Blue Jays' spring training facility in 
Dunedin, Florida, but that was ruled out due to both the continued high number 
of cases in Florida, and the high chance of evening thunderstorms in the Tampa 
Bay area in the summer months.

Any minor-league stadium would also need some work to be fully hooked up to the 
MLB replay system, as well as the Statcast measuring devices.
