Del Taco is better than Taco Bell, but my choice for Mexican fast food is
Miguel’s Jr, an institution in Riverside County, but in recent years has
expanded fully into Orange County as well. I’m allergic to citrus, and
everything at Chipotle is “citrus infused,” so I don’t go there. When in
the Midwest or Northwest, Taco Time is to be spat upon, not consumed.

I also like Waffle House, if only for the wide variety of people who
populate the establishments... great people-watching and decent (if
unhealthy) food
