A July 29 piece on "Points West" and the pubcaster's news channel depicted 
a Black health-care worker in Bristol, England getting struck by a car, 
where the term was shouted at him by the car's occupants... the victim's 
family felt that leaving in the slur would help others better understand 
the incident... but when Radio 1Xtra host Sideman quit shortly after, Tony 
Hall needed to set things straight...
