I'd imagine it's pre-taped. Meyers has even turned the bit of Armesen waving at the camera in the same clip night after night into a bit. Over at the Ed, Basiste's post-monologue bit seems to be new every night, but the rest of it feels as canned as tuna, especially the stuff under the end credits.
