Putting together a surprise Sunday broadcast on a holiday weekend will be a major pain in the ass for whichever network gets the game. The NBC trucks will already be on their way to Green Bay for Sunday night's game so CBS or FOX is going to have to put together a technical crew and get them to Pittsburgh.
