I take pleasure in no one’s COVID Dx, and don’t like the trend of shaming and blaming some who have contracted it. Glad Dr. Drew is recovering, unlike GOP Congressman Luke Letlow, a many I consider still young (in his 40s I believe)who died recently from COVID. I would like to see retractions like Pinsky’s a few months ago get as much attention as their initial skepticism.
I was able to get my first dose of the Moderna vaccine yesterday; a little sore and under the weather today, but feeling very good to finally be able to fight back against this fucking thing, and feel a little less worried about bringing the virus home to my family on days I have to go into the hospital. Looking forward to a day soon when everyone who wants it can get it, and hoping almost everyone will want it, as the sooner we get to the 70-80% vaccinated rate, the better off we all will be.
